Sport, discipline and performance have shaped my entire life.

Before coaching athletes, I lived it.
As a Royal Marines Commando and former firefighter, I operated in high-pressure environments where standards, resilience and physical capability were non-negotiable. Those values still drive how I coach today.

As a multi-discipline athlete, I’ve competed across a huge range of sports - representing Great Britain Age Group in triathlon, excelling in Bobsleigh, Rugby League & Union, Ultra endurance, Velodrome track cycling, criterium racing and even attempting world records, including a 100-mile underwater cycle.

More recently, I’ve become a HYROX World Championship athlete, integrating HYROX into my training and helping athletes transition from traditional endurance sports to hybrid performance.

Across my career, I’ve learned one thing:
high performance is built on structure, discipline and consistency, not guesswork.

My Coaching Physiology 

My coaching is built on the same uncompromising standards I lived by as a Royal Marines Commando, discipline, resilience, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
We don’t perform at this level for show. We live it every day and athletes feel that energy when they work with us.

I expect honesty, effort and consistency from every client. If you want to improve, communicate openly, and push your limits with purpose, you’ll thrive here. If you’re looking for shortcuts or half-commitment, this isn’t the right environment. We hold ourselves to elite standards, and we expect the same from the people we coach, whether you’re training for your first HYROX or aiming for the podium.

Discipline is non-negotiable.
That doesn’t mean shouting or aggression, it means structure, planning, and showing up with intent. Training has to fit real life, and we build programmes that challenge you without breaking you. Smart training beats reckless training every time.

Integrity is the foundation.
No excuses. No hiding. No “I’ll start again next week.” If something isn’t working, we talk. If you’re struggling, we problem-solve. If you’re committed, I’m fully invested. This is a partnership based on respect, accountability, and trust.

Relationships matter.
You’ll get consistent feedback, direct communication and real support throughout your journey, whether we work in person or online. I go all-in for my athletes, and I expect the same level of commitment in return.
